As escadas, minha esposa tem dificuldades pra subir escadas, chegamos, não tinha ninguém pra nos receber, ficamos uns 20 minutos do lado de fora, tivemos que ligar, uma mulher atendeu, falou que as chaves estavam sobre a bancada, um absurdo isso; detalhe eu tinha uma reserva pra este dia! Recepção péssima Isso foi o que não gostei
