Rooms are clean, but reception as well as other public areas not as clean as they should be

Mosquitos in room. Got lotta of bites while sleeping. Very small room. Coffee not good . Dinner offering very limited. Saw a cockroach in bath room

Don’t hesitate to stay here. The location is fabulous. The room was quite comfy, if smallish. The architecture is striking. The staff was wonderful, especially Fatima. Breakfast could be more robust but it was delicious. The lounge setting where it is served is serene and beautiful.

Good sized bedroom and nicely decorated, decent part of town, nice terrace for breakfast and handy valet parking service. Very nice and helpful staff.

It was very expensive for what it was. Breakfast wasn't the best (dry, not massively flavourful) but perhaps we should have been up earlier (it was a buffet, not made to order). Room could have been cleaner (sink had mould and didn't drain so it showed a lack of attention to detail). Beds were memory foam and I spent my time stuck in someone else's big indent.

Nos gustó la ubicación céntrica, es un hotel aparentemente nuevo con un diseño muy moderno, bonito, original donde combina el arte de Oaxaca con la modernidad. Nos encantó la habitación por su decoración, toques artesanales y amenidades. La cama y almohadas eran muy cómodas. La atención del recepcionista fue excelente y nos ayudó mucho a la salida al prepararnos un box lunch para el camino, ya que nuestro vuelo salía temprano.

Everything was amazing! From the first moment we were blown away. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful - stunning architecture and interior design. The room was perfect, with the bed being one of the most comfortable I have slept on. I can’t begin to explain how amazing the staff were too. They were all so friendly and so helpful, every time my partner and I interacted with them we were even more happy and content. The food and drinks provided by the hotel were truly sublime! The breakfast was a true highlight of the day and meant an easy start to every day. The cocktails in the evening were a perfect finish after a long day exploring. We were incredibly sad leaving Majagua and cant wait to be back! If you are looking for a place to stay in Oaxaca city, this is it. You will not be disappointed.
