Kensington Heights

The location was excellent. It is only a 3‑minute walk from Morrisons, so it was easy to buy all daily essentials. Because it is in the city centre, deliveries also arrived quickly. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, so I never felt inconvenienced. There is also parking, which made it easy to use Bath as a base for travelling. The flat has two bedrooms, a living‑dining area, a kitchen, and an extra loft‑style room reached by a small staircase. There were also many analogue records, including good jazz and classical albums, and the audio system sounded great.

There were a few typical UK‑style issues. The shower drain was partly blocked, and if I used it for a long time, the water started to overflow. There are two bathrooms — one with a shower and one with a bathtub — but the instructions said not to use them at the same time because it would exceed the capacity of the water heater. Not being able to use both at once was inconvenient. The switch on the parking gate controller was also broken, so I had to press the small switch directly on the circuit board, which was troublesome.

Beautiful property, lovely and clean. A short walk from everything, very close to Morrisons and the car park. It is possible to use ring go to park there for whole days at £10 a day. Upon arrival and browsing the folder we realised there is also an allocated/gated car space which was such a bonus! Def should be added to the listing!

Instructions were easy to understand and keys easy to find.
