Villa Osun

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Osun! The villa was huge, plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor area also provided plenty of room. The villa was well maintained and clean. There was construction in front of the villa and next door however this didn’t bother us much at all being out for most of the day. The location is quiet and whilst quite isolated it wasn’t anything Grab/gojek couldn’t handle - we could get a car or bike within minutes of ordering.

Nice villa, disposed on two levels, with swimming pool and large terrace on the upper floor. The terrace lacks a bit of shading but the view from it is beautiful, especially in the evening. The three bedrooms (two up and one on the lower floor) are similar in size, furniture and equipment.

Very noisy surrounding, due to several construction sites nearby. The noise started at 8am and kept going until dawn, including during the weekend. Housekeeping accidentally missed making up one bedroom on two occasions

Super unsafe area! The property is in good shape and the communication is good but not great. We toured many times to find the villa and the manager didn’t send us the location before checking in. The phone service is really and in the area as well so it’s hard to communicate. Also, the area is super unsafe. After first night we had to leave. We couldn’t stay any longer. The entryway is super steep so no car can go up. It was very dangerous to climb up and down with luggage. No elevator in the villa either and many steps. The area is full of construction and super dark. At night and during the day you can see 20 construction workers next door. They were building the wall next to the villa so we weren’t able to go to the pool and enjoy it. The pool is also very very small not as pictured. Villa itself is very nicely built but the area is really really scary. Please be aware!!! I wish someone mentioned this!

This was a gorgeous villa. It was so modern and very nicely decorated. The outdoor pool was lovely with great sea views. The location was also good and within 5-15minutes on a scooter from the main attractions. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay here again for sure if I was to return.

There was some construction happening beside the villa and it was a bit difficult to find the villa initially.

Stay away from Villa Osun! I booked this property through Booking.com but it turned out to be a terrible mistake. First of all, the property is located in the middle of a BIG construction site, with big trucks and workers constantly making noise and dust from 8 a.m. It's not safe nor comfortable to stay there, and you can't even leave the villa to enjoy the surroundings. To make things worse, the villa itself has serious problems. The shower has no glass or door, which means that all the water goes straight to the tiles and to the room, flooding everything. The pool was not ready to use before we arrived, and we had to wait for it to be cleaned and filled up. The outdoor furniture was dirty and uncomfortable, and we couldn't sit outside due to the noise and dust from the construction. To top it all off, the internet wifi was very poor and practically unusable. In addition to these issues, the villa also lacks basic amenities. There were no batteries for the safe, no TV in the rooms, and no dishwasher so all dishes had to be washed by hand. The walls had cracks and there was no provision for mosquito and ant control. It's surprising that this property is advertised as a luxury villa but lacks basic amenities and has so many issues. When we raised these issues with the management, they only offered a partial refund of 30% of the total booking amount, despite the fact that the property is completely unsuitable for a comfortable stay. We were also promised complimentary beers, soda, and fruits, but nothing was provided. The worst part is that the owner and manager were completely unhelpful and even misleading. They didn't inform us about the construction work before our arrival and were unwilling to provide a full refund or a substantial discount to compensate for the terrible experience. I urge everyone to avoid this property at all costs. It's not worth the money or the risk. See the attached photos to get an idea of the problems we faced.

we had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful property, the first week of January. We cannot recommend it enough. The location, staff and local area was absolutely fantastic.
