The Luxury Penthouse by Sasco Apartments

we loved the upstairs bean bag/chilling area, how spacious it was and the layout of the property.

we loved everything.

Location, space

Location. Spacious apartment. 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and further sleeping areas. Pingpong. Kids loved it.

The place needs a bit of touching up. Dirty walls and skirting boards. Pool table was not level so unable to play.

Good location, walking distance to town. The apartment is very clean and big. The kids enjoy the table tennis and pool table. The 3 toilets is very clean.

The bed is not very comfortable to sleep.

We have very mixed views on this property. the bathrooms were beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped. staff were very helpful as soon as we had a problem they would rectify quite quickly. The location is excellent.

the apartment its self is very run down and in need of a good clean. The living area and the sleeping facilities were quite poor and this would put us off returning.

Property itself was beautiful inside, the 3 bathrooms and the decorations were fantastic and it is so much bigger in real life than the photos which was a huge plus. We loved socialising on the Balcony and it was a nice welcome addition that we didn’t know about. Was an extremely fun open space for people to socialise and enjoy an array of activities

There was definitely a few flaws which just seem to be from poor upkeep more than anything. The couches / sofa beds really looked like they needed a good thorough clean they just looked dirty and dusty. Things like the dishwasher not working, a few windows not opening etc it seems to be a recurring problem as i saw reviews going back as far as November. I can imagine this apartment gets unbearably hot in summer months as it was pretty warm and hard to cool down. The stairs / outside of building are very smelly and don’t seem to be cared about. The soundproofing is horrendous you will hear about 20 bars below you but that is the hit you take being so near the town centre.

The property was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for the 18 of us. There was plenty of bed linen, towels and utensils.

The property is situated near clubs and pubs, it got very loud one night (3pm). Good job the kiddies sleep with white noise on so they didn’t hear a thing. There was three windows that did not open and no working blind in the bathroom so was not able to have a bath, although they sent someone to take measurements to place it which was never going to be done before we left. The passage leading up to the penthouse smelt of urine which was awful. We was not able to connect to the TV via Wi-Fi.
