New Hope Lodge

Very cute setup, the woods surrounding the rooms gave the illusion of being in a rustic cozy cabin.

Outdated room.. bathroom door feel off. Toilet was stopped up. I understand there are some updated rooms but we unfortunately did not get one. Reeked of old cigarette smell in knotty pine paneling and carpet. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was great too. This is a gay destination which we are not so we did feel slightly out of place. Maintenance was quick to fix bathroom door & toliet.

Location Clean

I missed my first night because of an emergency and I called them to keep my room for the second night, when I called on the 2nd morning a lady told me to check in at 3:00 pm. I was very frustrated bc I paid for two nights. I asked for the manager, he called me back and of course allowed me to arrived earlier. I hate talking to humans who seem to be robots!

We loved the pool and the restaurant. Staff was friendly and location was great. Beds were comfortable. Grounds were nicely landscaped.

Bathrooms need to be refurbished. They were adequate and clean but need work.

The Inn met my needs, good price and close to family in Pennington.

Pleasant staff overall great place to stay
