I really like this hotel no complaints at all it was very convenient for my stay and it was very quiet. I was able to sleep the entire night at peace.

I was charged 2 times once through the app and a second time at the property for a more expensive price! The clerk said the other charge would reverse and will show pending, the charge is no longer pending and he went all the way through

I can feel the springs on my back when I lay down on the bed I was sinking in it very uncomfortable bed they just need to upgrade the mattress the rest of the room it’s decent

I booked and paid ahead, but check-in was terrible because they couldn’t find the itinerary number through Hotels.com and wanted me to pay again. Once we finally made it to the room, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and they told us they didn’t have any irons or ironing board. They then told us that they didn’t have any other rooms and that they would send someone to clean the room the next day…we were only staying one night. I probably should not have expected anything more from a motel, but I only expected anything because they have an 8.8/10. I absolutely would have gone somewhere else had the rating been more accurate. We didn’t even stay! I had to count it a loss and book with a much more reputable hotel.
