Amazing huge room, spotlessly clean, incredible hospitality.

The staff here really put this place over the top!!!! 5 star service, kindness and welcoming friendliness. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in the world!

Exceptional staff that was very friendly and ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. A la carte menu was great with plenty of options. Beautiful pool and very, very clean. Loved it.

That bed sheet and a pillow cover are a bit rough, and you'll have to order breakfast a day before. Other than that, there was nothing else we could fault this beautiful place.

The breakfast was great. Even though we arrived at almost midnight, we were able to order breakfast for early the next morning. Coffee was great too! Staff were very friendly and we loved the pool.

bed and pillow not so comfortable. not enough hooks to hang your clothes/towel. showerhead holder too high and unadjustable. lack soft touches.

Everything was PERFECT. - Super nice and spacious room. - The spa was excellent with very good discount for hotel guests. - very flexible and understanding management. - yummy breakfast. - the best thing about our stay was the STAFF. I would like to thank the all of them for the extraordinary service specially Galuh and the very sweet girl at the reception when we checked in (who unfortunately I didn’t get her name) Thank you.

Very beautiful place, lovely room and excellent bathroom with big shower and bath tub. A pool right outside our room. Very welcoming staff, slways smiling and remebering our names. We had a lovely stay at this place. We also had a lovely spa treatment at their facilites. Beautiful place.
