Liked how its on the border of 2 states, the views of the mountains was amazing. Near Great Basin NP.

There were no cups for drinking, not adequate towels, not adequate lighting, no towel racks or hooks for towels, the soap dispensers were broken, and the faucet worked poorly. When i requested help, my request was completely ignored. The room i rented was called deluxe but there wasn't even a TV. Money should be refunded.

The beds were clean and the shower curtains clean. other than that, not very clean. In very old/bad shape. No TV and WiFi sketchy.

I did not stay in the hotel as there were a lot of flies and bugs. I contacted the agent to cancel the reservation, but as of today I still haven’t received the refund.

Look, it's an older building that shows its age. There was a microwave and a tiny fridge that worked. The room was clean and the sheets and blanket were so soft! The ac was as cold as we wanted it. Was there a TV? No. Was the electricity iffy? Kinda. But, the staff were helpful. For the middle of nowhere it was great. For a place to lay your head at the cusp of Great Basin National Park and Lehman Caves it was perfect.
