Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Great location and very friendly hosts. They were kind enough to provide us beach towels and also let us checkout a little late. Suggested some cool spots and restaurants. The room was clean and was serviced everyday. The location is great - very close to the beach and also very close to the port. Overall a great experience and would 100% recommend it!

Excellent location and very helpful, friendly staff! The accommodation is perfectly situated within walking distance of both the beach and the center.

Poor wifi signal

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento sobre todo la ubicación, y nos dejaron salir más tarde ya que nuestro barco salía por la tarde muy amable la chica de recepción

The only positive comment I can give is that it was in a very good location.

The property was not what we expected at all. The photo of the deluxe suite looked quite different to the room we were actually given (smaller/not as modern/polished). The property in general is in desperate need of updating/renovating. There was no breakfast available on the property, instead breakfast was served at their other hotel which was a 5 min walk away - this was never communicated to us prior to arriving. We tried the breakfast on our first day but it was very poor. The staff tried their best to accommodate for everything we had asked for but only once we asked… there was no initiative to make our stay more enjoyable/stress-free. For example, we had to ask for beach towels, an iron, slippers, robes etc. The toiletries in the bathroom were not replenished either. Lastly there was no one at reception when we arrived and in general there wasn’t anyone manning the desk at all times which is not ideal when you need to ask for something. It’s a shame as this property has the potential to be so much better.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were super friendly when I arrived. Location was also great and an easy walk to the centre.

The room I booked was completely different to the one I was actually given. It was a little less modern and had a different interior. There’s two buildings for this hotel so I’m guessing my room was in a different building.
