"Comfortable beds and convenient location but for the price paid - would expect better amenities"

Conveniently located next to Liverpool lime street station, grocery stores nearby and a short walk to many eateries

Common corridors were dark and feel a little spooky. No fridge in room - had to use ice box to keep items cool. Coffee machine was also wonky? Followed the instructions provided but only a small shot of coffee was dispensed. Would also be better if bedroom slippers were provided

Radisson is clean, modern and eclectic. Central location. Friendly staff. Lovely theme to rooms.

Our TV did not work properly in the room, it kept switching itself off. I requested extra towels through the booking app, I did not get any. The bed, was a little too hard, but maybe that's personal preference. Breakfast was slightly disappointing, bacon was rubbery and it was only slightly warm.

"Beautiful place, definitely worth upgrading"

My original room was a mess, broken kettle, broken tv and remote. Went down to staff where I complained. Ended up being upgraded to a room with a view. Soooo much nicer staff where lovely definitely would stay again but with an upgraded room

"Excellent staff"

Reception staff were super helpful and sorted a twin room for my daughter and I, even thought we had booked a double bed. We left a charger in the room and they went to find it which was fab!

We traveled to and from Liverpool by train. The hotel is located next to Lime Street station but still within walking distance to the city's main attractions. Rooms are well appointed.

Too many fire safety doors requiring key access, lifts/elevators confusing.

"Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay"

Excellent location close to the train station and city centre, and it has a lovely aesthetic. The bed was comfortable and our room had a lovely view and was quiet. The staff were also friendly and helpful when we requested extra pillows for our room

The breakfast could have been better with more choice available. Also, one of our coffee pods had already been used and our room was quite dusty in places. These things didn’t ruin our stay but it has affected the score a little
