My husband and I thought the hostess was wonderful! So friendly and attentive! She attended to all of our needs, even ensuring that I had lactose-free milk for breakfast every day. Breakfast on the rooftop deck was amazing! We had an American breakfast each morning: Fruit, yogurt, granola, fresh squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, coffee and tea. The location of the hotel was excellent for seeing all of the sights in the city center. We walked everywhere. The bathroom was always immaculate! I loved the art. too!

It is on the corner of two busy streets. The noise bothered us for sleeping, so the very kind hostess gave us earplugs.

Dulce Maria who is the owner of this 6-bedroom hotel is a fabulous host. Her and her staff's hospitality and attentiveness to the needs of the customers is of the highest standard. The availability of an onsite kitchen and a cook was very convenient. The rooms are decorated with beautiful local art. The hotel is in the heart of the town, close to everything. very clean and very reasonable prize. i will definitely come to this place. Dr. Ravi Arulanantham

Nuestra habitación no tenía TV, nos dijeron que 'no se necesitaba' una razón absurda para no poner TV, la ducha está a nivel del piso del baño y se mojaba hasta el escusado y el lavabo, la habitación no tiene privacidad tiene un ventanal junto al pasillo es incómodo. Reservé una habitación con cama Queen Size y nos dieron cama matrimonial. Ofrecen artículos en venta, comparé en tiendas cercanas y están muy arriba sus precios. El desayuno es caro, es mejor ir a los restaurantes cercanos. El roof es muy bonito y tiene vista al centro.

Hotel is charming as is the hotelier who greets and generally takes care of a guest's stay.Modern bathrooms and use of a communal kitchen, overall bright, light and clean with a roof terrace overlooking towers of nearby Dominican monastery complex. Only comment is sheets appeared to be not cotton and feel slippery. Breakfast is delicious, prepared to order on the roof terrace. Delightful staff. Overall helpful and right in the center within walking distance of good restaurants and great museum.

Our stay at this hotel was really great. The location was perfect, the room and bed very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Dulce arranged tours, dinner reservations, cooking classes and anything else we asked of her. We loved our stay in Oaxaca and at this hotel.
