Bonito lugar, las habitaciones son cómodas, tienen cafetera y agua disponible en la habitación, la playa es bonita, el servicio es bueno.

Tiene mucho potencial de mejora!! Es una propiedad preciosa, la Gerenta es un encanto, pero hubieron algunos detalles que podrian cuidar y ser todo nivel Tulum!!! Como por ejemplo la musica!! Hubo un momento que hasta musica navideña había en pleno marzo, de igual manera nos cobraron en todas las cuentas de mas. Claro que como lo checabamos nos lo cancelaron al momento pero y si no? La camarista nos abrio la puerta aun teniendo el aviso de No molestar. En fin sin esos tres detalles todo lo demás es bello! La playa, las habitaciones, la comida muy rica.

Nunca me había hospedado en un hotel de este tipo, pero lo volvería hacer en este hotel, debido a la hospitalidad, excelente calidad de los alimentos y bebidas y distinguido servicio prestado por todos los colaboradores. Elizabeth, la encargada de administrar estuvo presente en todo momento para ser inolvidable mi estancia.

This is unique beach resort. Not for everyone, but if you need three days of exclusion on a beautiful beach with a funky and welcoming space, this is a great bet. I’d go back just for that reason!

At night there was a sewer smell but overall it was decent and quiet

Staff was so attentive and friendly, small hotel, only 9 rooms which was just what I need it. I will definitely be going back, highly recommend it.

Wonderful small property with great food and staff Unique rooms and Elizabeth ( manager) was amazing.

We stay for two nights. The first was in a room facing the ocean, it was pretty and comfortable, but limiting with the nearby hotel that was noisy. The second night they changed us to an interior cabin away from the noise. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn’t wait to leave the place. The food was not very good, expensive and served cold. Very little internet, which is fine, except for the fact that they made us pay twice for the room and we couldn’t check our files to show the receipt. They haven’t answered to our very polite request for the return of the double charge. (Is been a few days) However nature around and architecture are beautiful.

This hotel is amazing. Since we arrived, we were impressed by each detail. Staff is very friendly, especially Josue who is at the bar. The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Beach area is great for relaxing and resting. Food was excellent (dinner and breakfast)
