Beautiful room with lovely views. Gorgeous bathroom

Breakfast extremely poor. Service non existent and when we did eventually get some tea it was undrinkable as so strong. Poached eggs undercooked .

Very friendly and helpfull staff, which ment everything to my dad, who is in a wheelchair. Thank you all so much!

The only thing that would have made the stay even better, is a higher toilet seat for my dad

Reception staff on check in and check out were wonderful, really helpful and accommodating. The location is lovely, right on the old port and our room had a great balcony with beautiful views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and although there was some noise we felt for a city stay it was acceptable. The hotel itself is spacious and air conditioned with lots of seating areas, a good lift, and a carpark in sight of reception which is unusual for Kalamata. they very kindly let us leave the car there all day after we checked out and stored our luggage (although not securely), just in the reception area.

We have been staying in four and five start hotels in the Peloponnese for years (KaSeas, Kyrimai, 100 Rizes, MANNA, Limeni Resort, Ellies Kardamyli), and for over £200 a night the attention to detail was just not up to the standard we would expect. There were aspects of the room that were tired, scruffy menus and marked towels, bathrobes with misshapen linings and the embroidery 'after sex' on the back was a bit much! Charging and plugs only on one side of the bed, the room-safe was too small for a laptop, no table on the balcony so you had to have your glasses on the floor, everything in the mini bar was chargeable (including the nuts that were complimentary in the bar). The shower had a strong smell of drains and on two occasions we could not lock our door as the automatic system was glitching (housekeeping were great and helped us on those occasions). Breakfast was OK but we did not get two of the items ordered and when questioned our request was simply ignored, we were unable to charge lunch or drinks to our room which felt like an oversight. The waiting staff in the cafe were really not good.

We had dinner on the front. The location was great. Starters cheese and meat platters were very good. Unfortunately the mains disappointed. 3 shrimps in the pasta. Squid dish was overcooked and tasted of charcoal and very little of it and undercooked pasta. Didn't clear the table after the starters and we needed to ask for more cutlery. They need to up there game!

Schönes, großes Zimmer mit Balkon auf die Promenade. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr großen Portionen.

The view of the boardwalk from the room was quite nice. Enjoyed viewing the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony.

The service at breakfast was spotty. It was not clear what was included in the breakfast and what was not. The service staff was not very attentive. The room is on the smaller side for the price of the room. It was my fault that I had not looked at that information more closely.
