I like nothing about the whole experience! It was awful! We had to get our full refund. The rooms were never cleaned. Looks like some one had just checked out of the rooms and they were never cleaned. The bathrooms were dirty, and bed sheets dirty with hair all over both beds. We took pictures and confronted management about it, and they told us that they didn't have house keepers on hand, so they will have to give us full refund. My family and I had to find nearby hotel for our entire stay after traveling for our 6hrs in traffic!. When we thought we were finally about to get some rest in our hotel rooms before getting ready for our function that evening, it was quite the opposite! I Will never go to that hotel ever again.
