Fully Refurbished North Belfast Home 2

The property was absolutely fine, booking was straightforward, and communication was good. Nice, clean and tidy. Personally, I didn't like the sofas, I think the room would look good with a corner suite, but that's just a personal preference, nothing to do with the property.

I LOVED the fresh smelling towels, the heat and comfort of the house, the hot water, the comfy beds, the location and the kitchen facilities, the ease of the lock box for the key and the TV.

I don’t usually book private stays through Expedia, so I was surprised when I was contacted by the host externally for payment. Fortunately, Shannon was extremely kind & attentive. She was quick to respond & address any needs. The home was lovely, very clean, & updated. The wifi was okay, but the view at night was pretty with the lights of Belfast in sight. The only downsides were the less-than-safe shower, small main befroom with hot radiator touching the person sleeping there, & cigarette butts all over the property. I’d recommend staying here if you don’t have elderly or disabled people in your group. Parking was easy & right in front of the house. Shannon, the host, made staying here a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely as well!

The stairs were rather steep for me and so would have benefitted from a handrail.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of on street parking, 15 mins from city centre

Stairs are quite steep with no handrails and small landing, so it could be dangerous for young children or those with mobility issues. Double bed against the wall on 3 sides, which meant we both had to wake up when the one on the inside needed a pee in the night, beds were quite low and not the most comfortable. WiFi slow unless only one of us logged in at a time. Sofas were small, and the room could have accommodated much larger ones. No accessible plugs in the main bedroom and limited in twin room.
