The location was nice

It was rather expensive

We checked in and were given a room number and a code on a scrap piece of paper. We went up to the room number we were given and walked into SOMEONE ELSES ROOM!! We then went back down to the front desk thinking this must be a mistake. They said no, that’s the right number but you are in a different building …. Um, why didn’t you tell us that before ? And why were we able to walk into someone else’s room?? The front desk lady took me up to my room and put in our code. Then she brought me back down to the front desk to get my partner, but we went back a different way though a garage where there were dumpsters ? She also decided make a pitsop on our trek back to do who knows what. I waited for a few minutes but at this point I was frustrated and soaking wet from the rain and wanting to just be in my room already. We made it back down to the front desk and the lady looks at my partner and says I now know where the right room is and it’s unlocked (yeah that’s safe). I said “um how am I supposed to know that?? We went up one way, down and other and took a pit stop “ the room itself was fine and clean. The next morning we were trying to leave, we had thrown away that scrap piece of paper with a code on it as we were tidying up. You need this code to use the elevators and stairwells (you will get locked in the stairwell) we made it to the lobby. No one was there to help us. We walked out of the lobby bc at that point there was no where else we could go without the pin. The only saving grace was that there was an app to open the garage door so we could get to our car. However, we were parked on the 3rd floor and could not use the stairs or elevators once again. So we had to walk up the ramps where cars are driving though to finally get to our car and get out of this annoyingly frustrating situation
