Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 12 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.

A minha estadia foi excepcional. Eu aproveitei o máximo que pude. Fui maravilhosamente bem atendida por todos os empregados, de todos os níveis. Atenciosos, carinhosos, respeitosos, muito prestativos e excelentes nas suas atividades. Parabéns a todos e muito obrigado! PS: gostaria de fazer uma sujestão muito importante para a administração do Hotel: coloquem barras de apoio nas banheiras e box com chuveiro dos quartos. URGENTE!!!

"Exceptional"

Stunning view of the mountains from the pool/patio and the hotel was really beautiful and very nice amenities. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful. We got a room with private pool, the room was great, very well set for our little kids. A few things could be improved: the bedroom floors daily cleaning, the wardrobe wasn’t practical since it didn’t have lower shelves or drawers to organize our stuff and the fact that they don’t offer free bottle water (not even one per day). Anyway, we loved our stay. My kids loved playing with Mel at the kids club and we made great memories. Would definitely recommend and even go back on a next trip to Gramado.

Amamos o hotel! Fazia tempo que não ficávamos em um hotel tão agradável! Funcionários educados e solícitos. Jacuzzis ótimas! Quarto agradável! Café da manhã sensacional, realmente diferenciado. Hotel tranquilo, sem aquele movimento e barulhos exagerados. Só achamos o valor do restaurante, pratos e comidas, bem alto.
