One Canal Point is a fantastic newer property that is very close to heart of Seven Mile Beach. We chose this property because it was a little quieter than all the hotel/resort action along the beach...and were glad we did. It is a fantastic property. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Pool and hot tub are exceptional. Plenty of nearby restaurants that we chose not to get a car. A little tricky to walk to Camana Bay (grocery store and water taxi) but we did with no worries. The ONLY complaint I would have relates to the unit only having a full bed. Not a queen or king bed but a full. It was a little small. Outside of this, everything was perfect and would most certainly stay here again.

We loved the quietness of the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and updated especially the bathroom. I emphasize on the cleanliness of the bathroom because that is my biggest issues with hotels and apartments but this apartment ONE Canal was perfect. Lisa was very helpful, great personality. We will be visiting again soon.

The property was beautiful! We were able to checkin early and at checkin, the lady was very helpful and informative. The property is conveniently located near all the restaurants, airport and beach! We will be back!

We really enjoyed one canal point. So quiet and serene, but everything was kept in immaculate condition. The unit itself was beautiful and very well appointed. Finally, the communication and assistance were proactive and extremely helpful. I have no suggestions to improve, absolutely phenomenal!
