The condition of the room was very poor, with mould in the bathroom and in the room. No towels, no cleaning done unless you request it firmly. Staff without the good customer service manners. Overall poor experience in one of the best cities in the world.

I’ve written in advance that I’ll come at night - in the early morning 2 am-3 am. I got an agree from the hotel side. When I came, there was no one on the reception desk, and all the 3 phone numbers of the receptionist left on the table were unavailable. There were 2 strange people who tried (or pretended) to help me. One of them was a potential worker, but he didn’t know which room was prepared for me and where the keys are. He also screamed loudly because he was irritated by my appearance as a guest. I couldn’t do anything better thenI try to find another place where to sleep and I was extremely exhausted. It was almost 5 am in the morning. I want a complete refund and I’ll never come back to this place.
