First time solo traveling. First time at a hostel. An absolutely amazing experience. Clean, safe and friendly.

The host that checked me in was such a lovely person! I felt safe and was provided a warm welcome! Everything about the hostel itself was clean and serene. The neighborhood was walkable and Old San Juan was just around the corner. I would return again to this hostel for another stay, most definitely and highly recommend it to others!

Amazing staff! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Common areas and sleeping spaces were clean and well kept. Lobby had complimentary tea and coffee station as well as a microwave and fridge to use. There is also a healthy cafe connected via the lobby that is excellent. Only difficulty I had is that only one of the outlets in the room worked.

I loved my stay! The only thing I would as is to keep consistent maintenance on the bathroom regarding toilet paper and the showers, but besides that I enjoyed my stay there. If you're traveling alone, this is definitely a great place to stay. The staff was great and so welcoming, and the people in the neighborhood were really nice. It's walking distance from the beach and Old San Juan, so you won't have too much trouble exploring. If I come back to PR, I'm definitely staying with you guys.

This is the cleanest nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It is close to the beach and Old San Juan. Accommodated to a special request. Pros: self parking next to property, clean, warm showers, queen size beds, good quality sheets/blanket, big lockers and they provide locks, women only obvi, friendly staff, when bathroom needed attention I texted them and they fixed it right away. Cons: rooms are very bright day and night (no curtains so bring eye/sleep mask), constructions noises early in the morning so no sleeping in, no chance to meet other guest (rarely saw them).

Awesome place to stay. I wish i had stay here my entire time in Puerto rico. Very clean rooms , lobby and restrooms. Staff are very friendly. Better than any hostel i have stayed.

If you would like a peaceful, relaxing stay in a at an affordable Motel this is definitely the one you would love to stay! I enjoyed myself so very much the area is not the prettiest neighborhood but the Juliette Hostel Motel is so very comfortable and beautiful. Trust me, it is well worth the price and even more of the Motel is under construction to become even more beautiful in the area it is located in within Puerto Rico.....!
