I liked the location

The store below me left there radio on all long weekend and all I could hear was the base through my pillow unfortunately

The location was perfect for our wedding event in Baylis street and finding a delicious breakfast in the morning.

It needed a little attention to cleaning the carpet, window ledges etc, the beds and linens were beautiful and very comfortable the kitchen very clean.

Restriction on parking for taller vehicles

Central location, well equipped apartment, close to pool, river, city

Friday night noise in the street, early morning ( 4am) street cleaning on Sunday.

Very convenient position, close to main shopping area, and a very yummy ice-cream shop downstairs. Extremely comfortable beds, comfortable seating, unfortunately it was too warm to use the balcony area, but it was beautifully set up.

Only space for one car. Luckily it was a weekend so we could fit both cars without inconveniencing anyone. Asked to remove rubbish on the last day, but there was nowhere to put the rubbish - there was a lot of rubbish left in the carpark area, so this may have been a problem for others. I took it home. Luckily not too far to go!
