It was a very good hotel with all the required facilities. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. I had a comfortable stay.

It was very clean and nice Mr Prakash was very sweet with polite attitude

Our overall stay at the hotel was comfortable, and most services and facilities were good. However, one issue significantly affected our experience. During our absence, housekeeping staff entered and cleaned our room without any request from us and without a “Clean My Room” tag placed on the door. We value guest privacy, so this was unexpected and uncomfortable. When we raised the concern, we were told we could meet the General Manager, but the next day at checkout we were informed he was on leave. This felt like the concern was not properly addressed. If there is a policy allowing room entry without guest consent, the hotel should reconsider it. Guests should be contacted by phone and their approval taken before cleaning in their absence. If they do not respond or decline, their privacy should be respected. Aside from this incident, the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but this matter impacted our overall impression.

Breakfast was great, the room was quite big, much bigger than usual city hotel room size. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We got some food ordered for dinner, which was delicious but took too long a time to deliver.
