Kemer Babel Residence

Большое комфортное жилье, а не комнатушки эти где не развернуться. Чуть дальше от пляжа чем хотелось бы, но зато цена у нас во всяком случае была адекватная. До бассейна не добрались, к сожалению вечером туда не пускают.

Two-level apartment. On the ground floor there’s a living room, kitchen, toilet, and a terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and two balconies. There’s both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Plenty of space, bright rooms, and a clean pool. The building is in a quiet area on the edge of Kemer, about 20 minutes’ walk to the wild beach and roughly the same to the town beach. The owner was very pleasant, responded quickly to messages, and helped with all our questions. If only a bit more attention were paid to cleaning and maintenance, it would be wonderful.

Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating because the overall condition of the apartment really affected our experience. Doors creaked terribly, some wardrobes were broken, wires were sticking out, and some door frames were damaged (or simply unfinished). All these little things left a poor impression. The floor was very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. Also, when we arrived, there was no oil, salt, dishwasher tablets, or dishwashing liquid. Basically nothing except hand soap and toilet paper. Yes, the owner brought everything we asked for, but for guests staying only a week, these basics should really be provided by default. I think the apartments could be truly great if more time and effort were invested in repairs and upkeep.

Хороший отель, очень красивая двухэтажная, можно сказать квартира, со всеми удобствами, в том числе и со стиральной машиной. Гостиная просто замечательная, вид с небольшого балкона открывался на горы. В общем, для расслабления и отдыха -замечательные аппартаменты

Considering the price/quality ratio, the place was excellent. There were various signs of wear and tear, but overall everything was very good. Amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, spacious accommodation where everyone can find their own corner.
