Paying guest having to pay extra money to park where you staying.

The standard rooms are ok with a kitchenette and a little TV room, modern. I had an issue because unintendedly I booked a wheel chair accessible room that was big but simple, I requested for a regular room and at first the lady at the reception was nice and said OK but then another lady didn’t wanted to, really rude. In the end the first lady switched me to another room, but the experience with the other one was ugly

The air conditioner was loud, the little fridge was too noisy

Very nice room and spacious. TV was in an ideal location and bathroom was clean and spacious. Love the layout of the room.

The sliding door to the bathroom would not stay open unless propped open with a shoe and inside was not well ventilated.

The room was constantly cold as the thermostat uses motion-detection to activate the heating. It was single digits outside and my room never went above 60/62 -degrees. I had to wear a coat and gloves to watch tv and sleep in a full sweat-suit with cabin socks and a beanie. Desk clerk had no idea on how to circumvent the heating/motion-detector. My guess is that guests are expected to perform jumping jacks to stay or get warm.

Front end staff was great No housekeeping Had to pay for all our water when some should have been complimentary. Bar was mostly out of drinks
