TV in our room didn't work; waited over 20 minutes for the shuttle that was another 27 minutes out, front desk didn't bother to mention we would be waiting almost an hour for it when I called to request it. Canceled and ended up walking

Requested 5 times for an invoice, till now never received

nothing

i did not feel comfortable about the managements , I was double charged for parking at the hotel 226.72 was charged on 9-21-2025 and another 226.72 on 10-4-2025 for a total of 453.44 vehicle plate RWM619 . until now I did not get my money back or refund !!! scam!!!!!! if the company for parking is a third party why the the device payment in your property at the front desk !!!

Smelled great upon arrival. Helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately have to pay for parking even tho there is transportation

Great stay, the rooms were spacious and had lots of amenities.

Chambres bien équipées, parfois bruyantes selon le côté où elles se trouvent. Le menage doit être demandé car sinon c'est uniquement tous les 3 jours.

Le breakfast vraiment peu gouteux, les tables trop basses de la salle du pdj qui est en fait le bar. Personnel de l'accueil peu aimable quand on ne comprend pas bien l'américain. Prestataires parking très cher, et navette peu aimable , qui se permet des réflexions aux clients et qui nous crie dessus si on trouve pas l'endroit de prise en charge de la navette. Régulièrement plus de 20/30mn d'attente alors que le mole et l'aéroport sont tout près.

Different experience with dinning and clean up.. just wasnt use to it.. reusable dishes and an area with counter and garbage scrape yourself service. parking set up.. only one elevator in the center.. Couldn't make your own waffles..
