What an unfortunate experience! The hotel is very small but beautiful. Unfortunately it’s experiencing some remodeling and staff can careless about the noice. Worked continued through 10:30 pm and did not stopped until I complained. My first night I was left out with no water because of the workers. The room’s walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from people walking, people talking, and cars and loud motorcycles outside. This is NOT a boutique hotel. I have stayed in better hostels.

Its a really nice place to stay! lovely interior design, very good located and the service its amazing, also the food in their Restaurant Bonito! I stayed at room called Mosqueta next to the rooftop, the view is adorable and the room has a lovely bathtub!

Breakfast was great but where it was was a surprise.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was fenomenal. I will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

A few mosquitoes and no day parking. Not big deal.

Would not honor my request to change dates of stay despite having a letter from my doctor stating that I was too ill to travel. Charged me anyway. Would have gone in January but now I will not stay there.
