The location is the best

The staff at reception were wonderful, made us feel very welcome and answered every question in detail...The city itself is a hidden gem, the hotel was steps from the water...it felt more like a 4-star hotel. The views in Cascais are amazing and the people all friendly. The restaurant hosts tried flagging us down but didn't ask more than once and were all so polite. My wife and I will be returning to this charming Portuguese wonder and staying at this very hotel.

Not the property's fault, but we had a room by the street and people partied till the wee hours, forget about getting to sleep right away unless you had a nice amount of port wine. However, the staff once again made it better by telling us that next time we should let them know and they'll give us an upgrade to the quieter side of the hotel...again exceeding expectations.

The whole experience wasn't great at all. The pictures online were not like the room is currently. I believe that things haven't been maintained well, we had broken furniture, broken fittings in the bathroom, things were completely missing from what was promised in the ad for the hotel, things were dirty. In addition to this, we ran into issues with our car parking space and luggage, we were told there was a lift to make the hauling of luggage easy, yet that wasn't working so we had to use the stairs, and weren't given any directions on exiting the building and almost got lost going down what looked like an abandoned stairwell, and to say that was dodgy is an understatement. And lastly, the noise levels were super loud, we were given earplugs, but that didn't help, and nowhere on the site did it mention anything about noise levels.

Lage war sehr gut, Personal sehr gastfreundlich, Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Rund ums Hotel waren zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Die Musik und das Treiben auf den Gassen war sehr laut und dauerte jede Nacht bis ca zwei Uhr. Trotz geschlossenen Fenstern war kein früheres schlafen möglich. Vom Hotel werden in den zimmern sogar Ohrstöpsel bereit gelegt
