Clean, comfortable beds, courteous staff, great breakfast, an elevator and plenty of parking spaces. Excellent coffee. They even had a night light and an extra blanket.

"NOT PET FRIENDLY"

NOTHING! WE DID NOT STAY! I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights months ago & pre-paid & AFTER we checked in, paid the room deposits & pet fee for 2 fur babies, unpacked & went to dinner, ordered our food, the front desk calls me saying my dogs barked & we couldn't leave them unattended! We had $1200 train tickets to the Grand Canyon which we mentioned at check in which everyone knows pets aren't allowed on the train, so obviously we'd leave them, front desk said nothing at check in. There was NOTHING about not being able to leave your pet in the room on Booking.com, nor on the Hampton Inn site nor on the Hilton site. And we've stayed at other pet friendly hotels including a Hilton RESORT and NEVER had an issue!

The fact that the people above us were stomping around, banging stuff is what made the dogs bark. They're not yappers & only bark if there's banging, they are dogs! So there we were at 11pm scrambling to find somewhere else to stay that was TRULY PET FRIENDLY and would allow us to check in so late at night. We were tired, hungry (because we couldn't eat the food we ordered) and totally upset that our trip would be ruined if we couldn't find somewhere else to stay. Williams isn't a big town so not alot of choices but thankfully we found a beautiful home that was truly pet friendly. DO NOT BOOK THE HAMPTON INN UNLESS YOU PLAN ON TAKING YOUR PET WITH YOU EVERYWHERE!!! AND THERE AREN'T ALOT OF PLACES (shops & restaurants) IN WILLIAMS THAT ALLOW DOGS.

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt"

Wir haben besonders die ruhige Lage mit Blick in ein Wohngebiet mit großen Bäumen sehr geschätzt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden.
