We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton in Williams, Arizona. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had. The rooms and the entire facility were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, making it easy for everyone in the family to find something they enjoyed. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The family-friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and great service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Williams and the Grand Canyon area.

Our room door had a 1/2 inch gap that we could see into the hallway. I did notify the hotel and was assured that it would be taken care of.

"Sparkling clean"

Great location. We stayed here for 2 nights because we were taking the train to the Grand Canyon. From the moment I walked into the entrance I could tell how clean it was. From the lobby to the dining room to the pool to our room, it was sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Over the years I have stayed in many Hampton Inns across the country, by far, this one was the best.
