Goed uitziend, modern hotel op prima locatie. Dichtbij het centrum van Williams. Ruime kamers en prima badkamer. Basic maar prima ontbijt

Bij een modern hotel met dito uitstraling verwacht je moderne kwaliteiten, dat was helaas niet het geval: er kan geen raam open, zodat je aangewezen bent op de airco die erg hard blaast en je krijgt een droge mond van de droge airco lucht, erg jammer! Het hotel is enorm gehorig, wij hoorden de hele nacht gebonk van de gang en de bovenburen. Dit zou voor een dergelijk modern hotel niet mogen, wij zouden daarom niet weer hierheen gaan.

TV war gut, konnte deutsch schauen Netflix usw. Raucherbereich hinter dem Hotel bei der Hotelanlage. Frühstück ist besser als bei Holiday Inn Express aber auch nicht aussergewöhnlich,keine Rühr oder Spiegeleier.

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns schlecht behandelt. Gab uns Wlan und das Hotel hat den Nachnamen komplett falsch eingegeben und uns die Schuld gegeben das es nicht geht. Mit dem Code ging es dann war aber nervig nach so einer langen Fahrt.

The stay was not at all upto the hilton mark. It was 90 degreees on the 3rd floor,. The front desk was not able to control the temp and the supervisor was MIA. When we aked to move rooms to the loweer floors, were told that all the rooms have this issue. Some vent in the room directly blows super hot air and there is no way to close it. We left the place late night coz it was unbearable!

We’ve been on the road for a month and this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in during this trip. The room was clean, well maintained, with nice amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection, tasty and hot. Check out was quick.

Nice, clean, new hotel. Only problem is an exorbitant pet fee. They charge $75 per pet! This is “justified” because they do a deep clean of the room after we leave. Just thought you should know.
