Enjoyed our stay, clean comfortable and reasonably priced. Would stay again

The studio apartment was great and had everything you need for a short stay. However it is on the 2nd floor and facing a busy road and very noisy. Sleeping even with ear plugs was difficult.

Great location and excellent facilities

For a busy street this property was extremely quite. Very clean

Overall very good. Two hotels share this property and a lack of clear signage made it confusing as to which reception Area was for which hotel.

It was wonderful! We stayed in the executive deluxe apartment on level 17, and it was so very comfortable, spacious and clean. I think a spider dropped onto my hair out on the balcony which gave me a fright, but that’s not the hotels fault!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. My only real complaint was traffic noise; I don't know if it was the particular location of my room, but the traffic noise seemed to reverberate in the alley between buildings and seemed extremely loud, particularly in the morning rush hour.

Fantastic service , even held my bags the next day and gave me an upgrade
