Closeness to the beach.

The drains that were blocked. Broken cupboards. Fact that we are not offered towels daily as per other places.

Room cleanliness is top notch 👌comfortable with wifi

Limited pot for cooking, they took hours to open for us on arrival, aircon in the main bedroom not working.

This apartment is sandwiched between two large noisy construction sites. This was not disclosed. Impossible to sit on balcony as workers look directly into apartment and noise is very loud. Security is inadequate never stayed anywhere in SA where there is no onsite security. No reception. We stayed for as long as it took to book somewhere else. Refused to refund us anything. Disgraceful. See photos of construction the apartment is the brown building.

The Location was good and convenient for shopping and restaurants. It was also at close proximity to the beach

Firstly, the place was not clean. The apartment seems very neglected. There is broken equipment in all the cupboards. Audio Visual Equipment is lying everywhere and in a very untidy fashion. We barely had cupboard space because of the "junk" lying everywhere and all the cupboards were dirty. Seems like they had not been cleaned for months. The curtains were sagging, and I had to fix them otherwise we could not draw them. The place felt dirty and unhygienic.

Well located right on the camps bay main beach and close to popular restaurants

There is a loud building site next to the property. There is no way to stop the scorching sun from coming into the lounge in the afternoon. Most of the kitchen cupboards and drawers are broken in some way. There is a pile of broken cleaning equipment on the balcony. The bathroom window latch is broken. The curtains and shower doors are old and worn.

Spacious living room and beautiful views from the balcony. You can also see the beach from the main bedroom. Good amenities provided. The accommodation let me check in early as I wasn’t feeling very well. Really good location - right by the beach!

Construction work going on so can be very noisy during the day - I was not warned of this when I booked. They sent round a member of staff without telling me - this obviously scared me when I realised my front door was being unlocked. The living room windows need to have blinds/curtains put in. There is no privacy when people on the street can see straight in and in the common area. It makes it quite uncomfortable especially at night when the lights are on. Kitchen sink also drains quite slowly if you’re washing up a lot things. Some of the cupboards in the main bedroom were dusty and dirty. Confusing check out instructions - the button to be let out of the pedestrian gate is white not green. It’s also not very well visible/obvious - providing pictures would be helpful.
