Adorable 2 bedroom caravan in Clacton-on-Sea

Im paid 100 pounds deposit and I don’t receive my deposit back I’m rent the caravan number G54 I call many times to the person and they no answer the phone it’s not good person

Very rude people. Ruined my holiday

I paid a £100 deposit and have not gotten it back. I texted the owner many times and he is ignoring me. I don’t recommend it

The owner of the van told me she had the van deep cleaned the day before, on arrival there was dirt all over the the coaches, dirt all over the the floor, the beds had the same sheets on imprints of the bodies still, the mattress had a huge hold in it where the spring actually pierced my partners leg… the dust was unbelievable the smell of wet dog was unbearable

The van was disgusting the photos I have are ridiculous, she went on to say she would send the cleaner but she would take an hour to come.. in that time I had gone and spent 200 pounds on bedding and cleaning products DO NOT STAY AT number 54.. she stated that I had to pay 100 pounds deposit two weeks prior but gave me until the day before of my arrival to make the payment of 100 I even paid for insurance incase of this happening.. they would not allow me to cancel the reservation then asked me to contact with the van owner.. absolutely disgusting… never again.. and to top it off she won’t give me my money back.. and telling me to revert to the policy of booking.com for my deposit.. her reply was u made me wait….

Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it in acceptable condition.

I olny liked the location. On arrival I was not expecting to walk in stain sheets with poo on them I’m not joking. Poo! On my children cover. Bearly any gas and the place was so cold I was freezing all night and day I’m pregnant as well with two disabled children.

the place was so cold and the heating didn’t work. I had to involve the police on this. I have video and pictures of the place with times and dates on my phone. Of all the things wrong. I cleaned that place to a standard higher than we arrived in. Never ever again.

Kitchen utensils are dirty like someone just used it, Meet 0.00 % hygiene standards, When I inform this to owner he replied that I am looking for discount and says that this kitchen mess is very silly things to discuss,

Going home. Site looked like council housing emergency accommodation., noisy and foul language from neighbours.

Caravan had puddle of water in bathroom, no toilet paper which was annoying after a long drive, no turned in TV, wobble wheels on heaters supplied, ill-fitting front door., due to rain we had to wade through puddles as no footpath to caravan. Didn't use facilities as we didn't stay more 12 hours!
