Awesome stay

This is a newer hotel, very nicely kept, helpful staff, good sized rooms. They serve hot breakfast, including Texas shaped make-your-own waffles, but the menu was the same everyday (we stayed 4 days), no rotation in the selection.

New and fresh

Only issue I had was I requested our room be cleaned and new towels and when we returned at the end of the day it never happened.

We did not eat breakfast

The entire staff did a horrible job, all I wanted was fresh towels, no room service was needed as I told the entire staff multiple times, Me and my partner are very clean, yet 2 of the 4 night we never ever received clean towel without having to ask on both of the first nights as mentioned I told the entire staff multiple times save your money on room service, yet I never got or received new towels, each time I had to go ask for towels at the check in area of the hotel, very very dissatisfied and disappointed because the staff never listened, I was trying to save them money and time, yet all of the staff never ever listened. I will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone ever, very poor performance on the staff and house keeping. No one took me and my partner serious.
