Ericeira Prime Villas

Really amazing, beautiful, modern and spotless. I’d say it’s even better than in the pictures. The host and people working at the venue are also very attentive and friendly. Both swimming pools (the private and the shared one) were great and perfect for kids too. It’s walking distance from a big supermarket, and you can access a local beach by foot (10 min walk).

To be clear, we really had a great stay and a highly recommend this place, if anything it would be great to have a little bit of more privacy around the flat and also, access to a washing machine (although there is a laundry shop a few minutes from the Vila)

Honestly the host was incredibly nice. The villa was so clean and well organised. The whole concept just made sense. The pools are perfectly done as well. To be honest, definitely coming back here.

The word 'villa' doesn't really apply, it is more like very big studios with a seperate bathroom. So it can be a little bit misleading. It does give the 'villa' effect! Staying with 4 people is tight. With 2 adults is perfect, but then also maybe a little bit on the high side cost wise. Apart from that, the quality of materials used for the houses it top notch.

We stayed at a villa with a private pool with our dog. The staff, particularly the owner, Rui, is very welcoming and always attentive. They provide a good selection of kitchenware and kitchen appliances, as well as plastic bags, towels, dishwasher tablets, etc. The swimming pool isn't very deep (90 cm) but it is, nonetheless, great for a small family and at a nice temperature; plus, it has great sun exposure throughout the day. Another thing we really enjoyed was the selection of pillows with different heights, which is very difficult to find elsewhere and shows a very good attention to detail.

The only thing that didn't go as well was having ants in the house near our dog's food. However, we are talking about a terrain-level house in the middle of summer. Also, it is well beyond the control of the management, so we didn't even complain about this. But for other people coming: avoid leaving dog food out.

It was so beautiful and peaceful, like a spa retreat. gorgeous design and decor and gardens. excellent customer service. 2 minute walk away from large grocery store.
