Trailhead by Weekender

My husband and I love the beds, the pillows, the linens everything so clean and Modern.

I stayed in this hotel twice and both times I had a problem with the shower head. I don’t mind the vintage tub and the vintage walls ya know, that’s cool. They’re very well taken care of, but the showerhead needs to be re-thought something is not working quite right. If you’re very picky about your shower like I am, it’s not gonna be enjoyable. Also, if someone on staff would be available just to keep the fire going at night. That would be really nice or keep some kindling close by. They had the wood available and that was nice, but we couldn’t find any little branches without going for a long walk and then dragging them back

Not sure if the air conditioning was working, but the room was really, really warm even though we had it on. We had to open the windows in addition to the air conditioner.

Convenient, clean and comfortable! Nice little set up for breakfast!

The beds were comfortable

Check in was terrible. We arrived at the motel on time. We did not receive our room number or code to check in. It took an hour for myself and family to receive the information. The room furnishings were very poor. TV service limited. Breakfast nothing to rave about. I will not stay there again.

The location was great. The rooms were updated in modern. I used to come to this hotel when it was Shaheen’s motel. So it has a much more modern feel to it now the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean.

The check-in process was horrific! We were supposed to receive an email/text with our room number and code for opening the door prior to check-in. We did not receive it got here and went into the main area, no staff present, there was a sign saying if you were having check-in issues to call this number. Called the number, no one answered, said the mailbox was full and try later. we tracked down a cleaning employee, who barely spoke English, but he did call another number and connect us to someone who then said that they were running behind and they were so sorry and they get the codes to us. It took another 45 minutes to get our information to check into our rooms. This is really not acceptable. Outside of cleaning staff here during part of the day there are no other on staff employees if you need more supplies or have a maintenance request you’re supposed to call a number and they’ll get back to you, but typically they don’t. They really need to beef up what they do here for this truly to be an exceptional Self check-in type stay.

Wasn’t as clean as I would like. Floor was very dirty and had popcorn kernels all over the place. I had to wipe down the whole room.

Great service, with cozy beds. Also offers a quick grab and go breakfast.
