GBThe apartment was in a walkable location in Bormio with the most beautiful view of the mountains. It was clean, spacious and the showers were strong and hot.
We were 6 adults on a cycling weekend and we found that the apartment was seriously lacking in a number of areas. We were only given 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 tee-towel which is really not enough in order to keep the apartment tidy with 6 people. The apartment could also do with better quality kitchen utensils for cooking. There were no added ‘nice to haves’ like coffee or salt - so you must bring everything with you if you are planning to cook. There was only 1 pillow per person and they were as flat as a pancake.

Property agreed to my invoice requirements before booking, but after the stay I received incorrect invoices. They then ignored communication for almost two weeks, and even with Booking support involved, the issue is still unresolved. Very unprofessional.

A very small thing: would have loved a toaster. Also it was cold until they turned up the thermostat, but then it was fine!
