Bed linen is changed once a week. Please note that dogs up to 10kg are accepted in the property, dogs are not allowed to use bed linens or towels, in case of inappropriate use of property's amenities, a surcharge of 60 EUR will be applied. Guests must bring pet's bed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The atmosphere was great .. pool was nice Facilities in bungalows were great Lovely staff

As a bigger party sadly 2 of the guest in no 1 believed that as a bigger party playing background music and chatting shouldn't be allowed .. Clearly they are regular guest however if a bigger party is booked maybe notify other guests. Everyone is paying for there holiday x

The pool area was very clean and tidy, it was also quiet, hosts of the accommodation were lovely. Highly recommend to stay here

"Simple stay at Maspalomas"

Quiet district, safe and nice place with swimming pool.

Poor sound isolation, you can hear the other guests. No basic bath products or toiletries. The kitchen is well equipped but with no essential produce for cooking (like oil, salt or pepper), also no tea or coffee. It is pretty far from the beach, around 40 mins walk (we were told it was 20mins). Limited hot water, runs out pretty fast.

Vista Verde is always the best option to me. This is my 3rd time staying there and I will repeat again if I can. Stuff is amazing and the facilities are just to make your holidays easier than ever. Best option in Maspalomas.

The property was so peaceful. Well maintained. Would be coming back to this place for sure and we visit Gran Canaria many times a year
