Villa Emiliata

The villa was immacculate and lacking nothing.The outdoor facilites are the best I have come across and with a covered BBQ area. The owner obviously takes pride in the loveing care she gives to the villa giving great attention to detail, even on the littlest of things.

There is absolutely nithing to dislike about this this marvelous villa, except of course having to leave and return home.

The Villa had everything you needed and was very comfortable. You had complete privacy, and the garden and pool were lovely to relax in. I would totally book this villa again.

Beautiful and peaceful location

The property is 20min away from both the Airport and Argostoli. It has a nice swimming pool, ample balcony and terrace. Parking spaces are plenty, as the entire driveway can be used. There are cooking utensils, fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, water boiler and everything you might need. We also appreciated the washing machine upstairs, as well as the drying rack on the balcony. Overall a nice stay in Spartia region.

Although the distances look short on the map, the road there can be very twisty and narrow. We found it especially challenging at night. Some of the villas ustensile are not new, and have a high degree of ware. The coffeepot looked unusable (we used the coffee filter instead), the furniture can use an update as well. Lastly, the bedroom downstairs is really intended for kids, as there is quite small, the bed occupying most of the space.
