The location was near where I wanted to be for a family emergency. The hotel had breakfast options. Wifi was good. The room had AC. Stayed with Treebo Bangalore several times before.

The room was tiny with no space to walk around at all. The staff were shabby. The sheets and towels were unclean. Dinghy and smelly room. Booked for 3 days but could not stay for more than 2 nights. The manager refused to refund one night despite knowing the problems. He asked me to contact Booking.com for refund. When I asked to stay the extra day as I didn't want to lose money, he refused mentioning that he had checked me out and would not give refund or let me stay. When I called Treebo headoffice, they approved the third night after about 2 hours. By that time they approved, I had moved to another hotel. Rest assured we will avoid Treebo henceforth. By no means my review is based on the manager's behaviour.

Actually nothing

Both booking.com and treebo took me for a ride providing a substandard hotel for stay .. obviously the ratings were rigged one and not fact..it was full of mosquito, dust, no toiletries, dirty linen, loud music from gym below, poor breakfast, checked out a day before and fled the place.. money lost big time as the price was high for this room
