The room was spacious and had tea sachet and sugar. A water bottle was provided. Cellar parking (congested). They gave me an early check-in without charging extra. A water bottle was provided

No ventilation in the restroom. It took 40 min for them to allot a room. I booked a different room but what they gave me was completely different. I was charged 300 extra telling me that they are upgrading. One of the guests who was checking out while I was checking-in was shouting at the man who manages the reception desk asking why the police knocked at the door, her next question whether or not the property is family friendly or not. Also she made a remark that the complimentary breakfast was bad. I must report that the man at the reception is useless. It was an awful experience. I asked for a refund since their check-in time was taking a lot of time, I was told to contact Booking.com to get a refund. The towel was not provided until after 5 requests. The breakfast was bad. Hopeless.
