Отдыхали в августе 2025г..Очень чистый отель, гостеприимный персонал. Есть внутренний дворик, где вечером можно посидеть на улице, поливают газоны и становится не жарко.Отдыхали с питомцем. Есть завтрак, шведский стол, позавтракали и до обеда можно не беспокоится о еде. Дешёвое такси, можно уехать в любую сторону..И вернулась бы в этот отель с удовольствием.Рекомендую.

Отзывчивый персонал, у меня были проблемы с интернетом и кондиционером, поменяли номер сразу же. Цена/качество соответствует. Нормальные завтраки.

Проблемы с смесителем, протекала душевая рейка, температура воды могла стать горячей или холодной самостоятельно. И мне не повезло, я попала в ремонт, который шел круглосуточно. Я могла проснуться в 1.30 ночи от дрели или в 4 утра от стука молотка. Персонал сильно извинялся, видимо было что-то очень срочное.

Reasonable vfm in a very big, very crowded city.

First of all, I had a really good experience for its price. The people at the reception were really attentive and friendly. The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the beds were also really good for its price, but the best part was the common area outside. It was really nicely designed, you want to sit there for hours.

It's not a very negative aspect, but the paper I was given with my room card said the wi-fi password, but it was wrong. Then I called the reception and they gave me the correct password. It's a small problem, but if it's solved, it would be a healthier experience for everyone.

Service, Cleaning

My room was clean and the breakfast was acceptable.

They couldn't speak English! yes that's right! I called to check my booking and I found out that nobody can speak English in a Hotel! I always had problem with telling the receptionist my problems and we was trying to use Google translate and pantomime! it's really disappointing for a hotel that nobody could speak Amy words in English and Booking.com should check this cause they wrote in their site that English in some of languages spoken but it's a lie. This made our trip really difficult. I hope booking.com take this situation seriously and edit the grand nut hotel page.
