"Good"

klima funktiniert nicht gut, waren wir ganze Nacht wach wegen der Hitze. Wie haben das zur zuständige Mitarbeiter Bescheid gesagt. Sie haben gesagt, dass das in 2 Minuten besser wird, jedoch nichts verändert.

"Not a good place to stay"

Very unorganised, receptionist didn’t know how to use the system despite showing booking confirmation. Can’t even speak a word of English. Room Air con wasn’t cooling properly. On check out I have been asked to pay again and give my card details!!! Which we already explained on check in time.
