Location is ideal. New property.

Higher price.

Bathrooms need renovation with new fixtures.

Location is prime which is the only positive in our stay.

1. Unhygienic rooms with dirts on the rooms and bathrooms. 2. Cigarette smoke filled room was given to us which the helper room sprayed it. 3. Bedsheets with blood stains were given. Had to argue to change it to new bedsheets. 4. Failure in lift so we had to ask helper in the hotel to lift 90 kgs ( 30*3) flight trolleys. 5. Coffee cups kept in the table were used as ash tray. Helper came and washed it Infront of us!

Good location , can be found on the road easily, basic facilities were fine and hence value for money. Flexible stuff. Ordering food from outside is allowed and many options.

waste disposal not proper. Washroom has many defects, like basin tap water comes straight to your shirt instead of in basin, and 1 mini soap given for 3 people etc. But overall one can consider staying for one or 2days.
