Location, spacious house, in walking distance to they town

Cleanliness. Not sure when it was last cleaned? Showers and taps in desperate need of descaling, cupboards had left over food in them, bathroom window should have a blind for when you shower, full of cobwebs, stained toilet bowls🤮 Would of been nice to have side tables/coffee table in lounge and a lamp in the twin room!

These guys are great. Excellent communication and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Was very clean and spacious

Bath took ages to fill and heating was a little complicated to work out

The location was ok.

The house was very tired, stains on ceiling possibly water marks from burst pipes. The garden was a builders yard with piles of rubble, part of the wall was missing making it unsafe. The carpets were very grubby and stained, there was a very musty smell all over the house, dishwasher unusable, glasses in cabinet were dirty. Two windows that were broken and not able to close, no bolt on the front door making it insecure, overflowing bin, the taps over the bath were unable to regulate the heat making it unusable, piles of blue granules in the two corners of the lounge, is there a pest problem? All in all a very poor value for money, I am requesting a refund.

Good location near sea front

No useable outdoor space, poorly equipped, very shabby in places

Good location. Lovely big house.

Slug pellets in the corner of living room. Dirty oven ,cupboard under oven, dirty. No garden wall so no secure area for grandchildren to play without being supervised. 3 Bins outside full and full binbags. Tumble dryer trips out electric. No pat tested stickers on electrical equipment. No smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detecters. Poor decorative areas in most rooms cracking in ceiling on main bedroom water marked in back bedroom wall. No handle on back bedroom window. Good luck with taps in the kitchen, also a great mix of door handles and locks. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor especially the one as you enter the bathroom if it sticks up very sharp. The hot water is temperamental beware of hot shower. A bit of work could bring this into a great holiday house would add more photos but no room to add more.

Good location for the beach, boutique shops, and The Chippy which was a great fish and chips restaurant all in walking distance. The house was well furnished with comfortable beds. A great base to visit Africa Alive.

Some more kitchen utensils would have been helpful, such as chopping boards. The shower controls were confusing, great when it was figured out!

The keys were easy to find

It was grotty and grubby. It smelt bad, very musty, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned. We found chicken bones on a shelf in the bedroom, chicken skin on the windowsill. There was a dirty pair of boxershorts in the bedroom. Some of the windows didn't open, others had broken frames. The rubbish bins outside were overflowing, so we couldn't empty our rubbish. The garden wall has fallen down, so no privacy. Curtains hanging off the rails. Just awful. Also, the basin in the downstairs loo needs to be fixed. When you run the tap water goes down the plughole and on to your feet! 🙄🤦‍♀️😄
