O atendimento da equipe e do Ralf. Sempre muito solícitos e prestativos. Tive uma questão em relação a barulho de outro hóspede, mas fui prontamente atendida com a solicitação da mudança de quarto. Voltarei outras vezes.

A única questão é que o quarto para o qual mudei não tinha cortina no box, então na hora do banho molhava um pouco do lado de fora. Porém, isso não interferiu em absolutamente nada em minha estadia.
