Clean and good location

It was raining and there were a lot of staff there, but no one seems to care to hold umbrellas for their guests. It may sound not compulsory but this bit of small act may tell you how they consider the importance of their guests

Das Hotel bietet ein tolles internationales Frühstücksbüffet an, welches wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war zeitgemäß und gut. Die Fahrstühle sind schnell verfügbar.

Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals, sind abgesehen von dem Personal an der Rezeption nicht nur dürftig, sondern größtenteils schlicht nicht vorhanden. Wenn schon eine Bestellung eines Cappuccino‘s im Frühstücksbereichs nur mit einer Übersetzungs-App möglich ist, so ist das für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel. Auch bei anderen Kleinigkeiten gab es stets erhebliche Verständigungsprobleme. Das haben wir so in einem 5* Hotel in Vietnam noch nicht erlebt. Insgesamt, so haben wir es zumindest empfunden, fehlte in dem Hotel eine gewisse Freundlichkeit dem Gast gegenüber. Alles wirkte irgendwie sehr starr und streng!

The room was spacious, airy, modern, and clean. The staff were enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was varied and plentiful — a buffet that changed daily. The hotel’s location was very convenient — close to the beach, the night market, and surrounded by many restaurants and cafés. In short, there was no worry about finding food.

Tôi đã có những kỷ niệm thật đẹp khi lưu trú tại khách sạn December. Khách sạn rất xinh xắn và ấm cúng, đồ ăn phong phú, quán cà phê rất nhiều món nước ngon.
