"Wish I lived closer to come back!!"

From start to finish the service was 10/10. Answered questions before arriving. Staff at reception very helpful and welcoming. My room was very clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast. The garden is well looked after and clean. I was in awe as soon as I saw the rocks!! I did a tour of the South Island which was amazing, seeing the landscape, the way people live etc. Highly recommend having a BBQ - the chef and food Amazing!!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. You can hire bikes to go to the city. Anything that they suggested to me was 10/10.

"Fantastic stay in Natuna"

The staff were wonderful. They dealt with problems quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make my short stay as enjoyable as possible. The food was good too. It is also a beautiful location - absolutely magical!! I'm glad i chose this place to stay and would gladly do so again!!

There's a few maintenance issues that need to be dealt with - the staff are aware and i'm sure they will deal with them as required.

"Amazing view from the hotel"

Very nice hotel, the view from the beach is amazing, breakfast was very tasty and original, the staff super helpful and kind.

The swimming pool wasn’t actually useable because of the low tide so that was a bit disappointing. The room also seemed a bit “simple” for the price paid.

"Wonderful discovery in a remote corner of Indonesia!"

Very imaginative hotel that integrates the enigmatic boulders of Natuna into their rooms. And sustainable too, built from wood entirely. The location is bliss with a long pier stretching into the water between the large beach boulders. Only local people working there. Thanks to everyone, the kind restaurant staff and the friendly owner.

Tourism is in its infancy in Natuna and the dive tour on offer needs dome perfecting. There are many underwater attractions in Natuna: whale sharks, turtles, dugongs, manta rays… but customers need to know about that and need to have a choice what they want to do on their dive trip.

I had a wonderful stay close to a marvelous coastline with astonishing, scenic views. We had interesting visits to the local people & villages. All my wishes had been supported from an amiable hotel staff.
