No good staffs, no resturant, linens are not clean, no tea or coffee provision

No wheel chair access.and parking

The property was located in main road side in a convenient location.

There was no toiletries provided. Treebo usually provides and claimes to provide it, but nothing was there. Breakfast was okayish. Otherwise a normal clean property in a good location.

The location of stay itself is in the prime location very much easy for commuting to all the places

A friendly, easily accessible and great location of the stay made it more worth

The overall stay at Treebo Arastu Grand at Abids Road, Chirag Ali Lane, Hyderabad, was quite pleasant. The location was good, and so was the hospitality of the staff. But, one point was very disgusting. On 13th June, 2026 evening, after I cleared off the bill, THE MANAGER gave me a printout of the payment ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF AN AADHAAR CARD OF ANOTHER HOTEL PARTY WHICH SHOCKED ME. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD THE LEAST TIME TO REPORT ABOUT THE INCIDENT AT THE RECEPTION. I HAVE NO WORDS TP EXPRESS MY DISGUST HOW AADHAAR CARDS OF DIFFERENT PARTIES CAN BE MISUSED. IS THE HOTEL PROPRIETOR A PAUPER THAT IT CANNOT AFFORD A PIECE OF PAPER TO ISSUE A PRINTOUT OF THE PAYMENT ? I REQUEST THE HOTEL AUTHORITY TO TAKE THE MATTER SERIOUSLY.

The last five paragraphs belong to this portion of "my dislike." I feel sorry to have included them in the "like" column.

Location is good but paid amount is not justified

Each and every thing you has to demand ,such as electric kettle is there but the tea,coffee sugar,and milk pouch was not supplied after rasing the demand 🫠
